Capture the demand. Stop paying for your own name.
Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube managed as one plan, with brand and non-brand kept apart so you can see what Google is truly adding.

Every Google surface, each with a job.
Search
Non-brand intent mapped to the right pages, with search terms mined and waste excluded every week.
Shopping and feed
Product titles, attributes and pricing in your Merchant Center feed, because the feed is the targeting.
Performance Max
Asset groups built around product lines, brand terms held out, and new-customer goals switched on where they help.
YouTube and Demand Gen
Video that creates demand upstream, measured by what it does to search and store revenue.
Brand protection
Brand campaigns kept lean and reported on their own, so they cannot flatter the rest of the account.
Conversion signals
Enhanced conversions and accurate order values, so bidding learns from what really happened.
A great return on people who were already coming.
Someone who types your brand name was probably going to buy. Ads on those searches report superb returns and add very little.
We separate brand from non-brand across Search, Shopping and Performance Max. The non-brand number is the one that tells you whether Google is finding new customers.
- Brand and non-brand reported side by side, never blended.
- Budget moved towards queries from people who do not know you yet.
- Tests that show how much brand spend you can safely remove.
Smart bidding is only as good as what it is told.
Google’s bidding chases whatever conversion you give it. Feed it inflated or duplicated purchases and it will find more of the same.
We fix the inputs first: accurate values, deduplicated events and targets set from your margins. Then the automation has something sound to optimise.

Should we bid on our own brand name?
Often a little, rarely as much as accounts do by default. It depends on whether competitors bid on your name and how strong your organic listing is. We test it and keep only the spend that proves it is needed.
Is Performance Max right for our store?
It can work very well for stores with a healthy product feed and clean conversion data. It works badly when it is left to absorb brand searches and existing customers. We set it up so you can see which of those it is doing.
How do Google Ads and Meta Ads fit together?
Meta tends to create demand and Google tends to capture it. Judged separately, Google usually looks better than it is and Meta worse. We plan and report them together.
