What we manage

Built for how Meta works now.

The algorithm does the targeting. Our job is to give it clear goals, clean data and creative worth showing.

Account structure

Fewer, larger campaigns with enough data to learn from, and a clear line between prospecting and retention.

Creative pipeline

New concepts arriving on a schedule, each one built to test a hook, an angle or a format.

Advantage+ campaigns

Automation used on purpose, with limits on how much budget can drift back to existing customers.

Catalogue and dynamic ads

A product feed kept in shape, so the right item reaches the right person without wasted impressions.

Signal quality

Pixel and Conversions API set up together, so Meta optimises on events that match real orders.

New versus returning

Reporting that splits first-time buyers from repeat ones, so growth is never confused with habit.

Creative is the targeting

On Meta, the ad chooses the audience.

Broad targeting means the creative now decides who sees you. A narrow set of look-alike ads reaches a narrow set of people, however large the budget.

We widen the range deliberately. Different angles speak to different buyers, and structured testing shows which of them are worth scaling.

Warning signs

Signs a Meta account needs a rethink.

Frequency climbing while reach stands still.
One or two ads carrying almost all the spend.
Reported purchases that do not match the store.
Retargeting returning the best numbers by far.
Every new ad a variation of the last winner.
Costs that jump whenever budget is raised.
FAQs

Meta Ads, answered.

Do you manage both Facebook and Instagram ads?

Yes. They run from the same Meta account, and we plan placements across Feed, Stories and Reels according to where your creative performs.

Why does Meta report more sales than my store shows?

Meta counts a sale whenever someone saw or clicked an ad within its attribution window, even if another channel also claims it. We reconcile Meta’s figures against store orders so you can see the real contribution.

Do we need the Conversions API?

In almost every case, yes. Browser tracking alone misses a share of orders. Sending events from the server as well gives Meta a fuller picture to optimise on, and we set up both so they are not double-counted.
