Numbers you can run the business on.
Clean tracking, server-side events and reporting reconciled to your store, so every decision is made on figures you trust.

Measurement, from the tag to the board report.
Tracking audit
Every pixel, tag and event checked against real orders, with duplicates and gaps listed.
Server-side events
Meta Conversions API, Google enhanced conversions and TikTok Events API, set up so nothing is counted twice.
Analytics and tags
GA4 and your tag manager tidied, documented and tested, so changes stop breaking things.
Reconciled reporting
One report that compares platform claims with store revenue, updated on a regular rhythm.
New versus returning
Customers split by first and repeat purchase across every channel.
Incrementality testing
Hold-out and geo tests that show what a channel adds beyond what would have happened anyway.
When every team has a different number, nobody decides.
The media buyer quotes the platform. Finance quotes the bank. The founder quotes the store dashboard. Each is right about a different thing, and meetings turn into arguments about whose report counts.
We build one reconciled view, agree the definitions once, and make it the figure everyone reports from.
- Attribution you can explain without caveats.
- Growth never mistaken for repeat business.
- The same numbers for media, creative and finance.
Fewer metrics, chosen carefully.
Dashboards fail by showing everything. Ours lead with the three measures that decide budgets, and keep the rest a click away.

Why do our platforms and our store never agree?
Each platform counts with its own rules and attribution window, and several will claim the same order. Browser tracking also misses some purchases. Perfect agreement is not possible, but the gap can be measured, explained and kept stable.
What is server-side tracking?
Instead of relying only on a visitor’s browser to report a purchase, your server reports it to the ad platform directly. It recovers events that browsers and ad blockers drop, and it gives the platforms better data to optimise on.
Does this respect visitor consent?
Tracking is configured to follow the consent choices your visitors make. The legal requirements depend on where you and your customers are, so we work alongside whoever advises you on privacy.
Which analytics tools do you work with?
GA4 and the native reporting in each ad platform as standard, alongside your store platform’s own data. If you already use an attribution or reporting tool, we work with it.
